The GreenView is located in Northwest Ohio, just a few miles to the east of Findlay on US-224. We are just 40 miles South of Toledo, Ohio.

- The indoor space has central heating and air and can seat anywhere from 150-170 guests comfortably.
- The outdoor pavilion is a total of 6,800 square feet, and could easily accommodate 500-700 guests depending on preferred seating arrangements
- The outdoor patio currently has seating for 24.
- There is also a 10,000 square foot paved area located off the main building that is optimal for tent setup and extra seating accommodations.

The standard time period on the day of your rental is 10AM to 11PM.
We do offer a Full Weekend Package which will give you extra time to setup and tear down without being in a rush. This package gives you from 10AM on Friday to 11PM on Sunday.
Yes! The Bridal Suite consists of a cozy area to relax and pamper yourself as you get ready for your big day! It includes a salon area, dry bar with refrigerator, and lounge area with TV. The Groom Suite features 2 rooms with 2 TVs for lounging, and a walk thru connecting area with a dry bar. There is also a full bathroom located upstairs by both suites. There is a Lounge area that is an inviting room located downstairs that includes a gas burning fireplace and 65″ TV great for watching the big game! It also includes a convenient changing area for putting on that beautiful bridal gown.

The Greenview will take care of the deep cleaning post event, which includes the wiping down and resetting of the indoor table and chairs as well.
You or your caterer will be responsible for removing all food and kitchen waste (a dumpster is provided on site for proper disposal).
You are also responsible for collecting your decor and any personal items, and returning any rental items as instructed.

We will provide you an intake form so we can get all the details needed to complete the contract. A non-refundable date reservation fee of $1,000, which goes towards your total cost, and a signed contract is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be paid in two more installments where 50% is due 9 months prior to your event and the final payment is due 6 months prior to your event.
Yes, there is central heating and cooling.
Yes, but they are not allowed indoors and must be on a leash and have someone responsible for them at all times, including cleaning up any waste.
We do not require this.
No, our pricing structure does not change based on how you choose to use the venue.
You may host your rehearsal/rehearsal dinner onsite as you choose as long as it’s during the time and date(s) of your rental. However, keep in mind that we only offer our cleaning service once your rental is complete, and we do not provide any additional during your rental.
If you choose the one day rental option, our venue may possibly be reserved the night before, so for that reason, one day rentals may want to consider offsite rehearsal plans. Check out our package options here.
Absolutely! We just ask that you schedule these with us in advance.
No, out of the respect for our neighbors and the safety of them and their property as well as the safety of all guests, we do not allow fireworks, sparklers, or sky lanterns.
Yes, we have a 3 Acre paved and well lit parking lot that can fit up to 400 cars.
While this is not our preference, we want everyone to return to their destinations safely. All cars must be removed from the property before 10am the following day.
We highly recommend that you hire a bartender. All bartenders must be 21 years of age or older and be licensed and insured.
It is the sole responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure alcohol is served only to those of legal drinking age and that guests consuming alcohol act in an appropriate manner. The GreenView is not responsible for the actions of those serving or drinking alcohol and Clients shall hold The Greenview harmless of any and all acts involving, related to, or concerning alcohol service or consumption.
The bar must be empty of all trash by the end of the evening, and disposed of in the dumpster provided.
The GreenView does not have a liquor license, and we do not serve alcohol.
We do not permit candles due to fire and safety concerns.
Smoking of any kind is not allowed indoors. Smoking (including vaping or e-cigarettes) is to be done outside only and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the Client(s) to ensure their guests are doing so properly.
Any trash needing to be changed out, must be taken directly to the dumpster and not piled inside or outside. Trash bags are provided and you will have instructions on where those are stored. All trash must be bagged and in the trash cans at the end of the event. All food and bar waste must be disposed of in the dumpster at the end of the event.
Plan properly to have any storage bags or containers to store any leftover food if you are choosing to save anything. You may also want to consider a cooler for storage as well. Do not leave any food out overnight in any areas of the venue.
